The People & Culture Department at START Hamburg is dedicated to nurturing our community and empowering our most valuable asset – our people. We focus on growing our network, attracting like-minded individuals, and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment. Additionally, we manage onboarding and offboarding events, as well as internal gatherings for STARTies, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all.
Marketing, Design and Consulting at START Hamburg focuses on building our organisation's presence and reputation. Through strategic communication, creative content, and a consistent visual identity, we aim to engage with our community, attract new members, and create a lasting impact. Our goal is to tell START Hamburg's story in a way that resonates with our audience and aligns with our mission and values.
The Events Department is dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences, from innovative workshops to dynamic networking sessions and inspiring speaker events. With expertise in planning, logistics, and execution, we seamlessly bring events like Road to START Hack, START Summit, Future Pynk, and many others to life. Our attention to detail ensures every event leaves a lasting impact, connecting startup enthusiasts, founders, and innovators.
The Partnerships Department focuses on building long-lasting relationships with like-minded partners who share our vision. We secure valuable collaborations that bring resources, support, and opportunities, driving positive impact for our members and the Hamburg entrepreneurship ecosystem. Our goal is to unite entrepreneurial minds and create lasting value.
The Legal & Finance department is the backbone of our organization. We make sure our processes run smoothly and that START is set up for long-term success financially & legally.
